Eden Brook provided my dad with palliative care at home for just over 7 weeks until he passed away. Throughout that difficult chapter, their staff provided the most incredible care and support for dad and us, as his family, meeting all his needs. Without exception, their team delivered the highest possible service, showing dad compassion, respect, and maintaining his dignity right up to the very end. We will be forever grateful for their support and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for everything you did for us.

I am delighted with the care given to my father, and previously my mother who had dementia. Your team are caring, cheerful and hard working and I would especially like to thank Jacqui who is one in a million. I am always kept informed by her and whilst on holiday I recently received a message telling me my father probably needed antibiotics for a chest infection, which he did. I was able to arrange an GP appointment for my father who then quickly recovered. I feel very confident in your care team and the office staff are always helpful when I call.

The truly amazing Eden Brook carers cared for Marianne Thorn so beautifully we cannot thank them enough. Every carer came to the home and gave Marianne respect, kindness and professionalism. One one occasion they were concerned about Marianne so organised paramedics instantly. They went above and beyond what we expected of them and didn’t leave Marianne until she was okd by paramedics. These girls and like angels who provide the highest care and love. THANKYOU THANKYOU. Mel & Eddie

My husband is disabled and is gradually getting worse. I am now unable to manage his needs. We use Edenbrook carers who come in twice a day, morning and evening. The girls are kind, friendly and professional. Not only do they care for my husband but are there to support me as well. The office staff go above and beyond. When my husband had to be taken into hospital by ambulance the crew were unable to use the hoist to get him out of bed. I called at 10 o'clock at night. Claire rushed to help in her pyjamas. When we needed an earlier morning call as my husbands bedroom was being decorated again Claire and another office staff member arrived to do his care. Highly recommende this company. I honestly don't know what I would do without them.

I have a Personal Budget with Essex County Council and we swapped from having PA's to agency care a few years back as we were struggling to find a replacement PA. I was dubious about doing this, as care agencies can really vary in terms of care provision, training, communication, management etc. Eden Brook Home Care are a relatively small agency based in the Chelmsford area, and run by former nurses. They are professional, but also very approachable. We have been with them for around 4 months now. We had been with our previous agency (Passion Tree Care Ltd.) for just over a year and things had gone very badly. Because of this, we were admittedly apprehensive about using a new agency. We had no need to worry however! We have two young ladies that come in 4 afternoons a week on different days. They are both chatty, friendly, and considerate. Because I am on my own most of the day as my Husband and Daughter are at work & school, I always look forward to seeing them. We have had no real issues with them, which is a huge relief after our experiences with the previous agency. Things have been so much better since we've been with Eden Brook, and I really wished someone had given us the opportunity to switch to them far sooner. The reason I have knocked a star of is because the girls are often late. They usually text me to tell me they are on their way at least. This isn't their fault at all however. Unfortunately, they are only allowed 5 minutes travel time between clients. This is fine if a client is only 5 minutes away by car, but obviously no good if they have to get from one part of the county to the other. They are usually dashing around trying to get to their clients and this puts a lot of pressure on them.
